Kane knew it was time. The gloves were off -- she need to go. She waited until her next meal came, leaning back against the wall. The medical-nin weighed her options that she deduced: escape through the plumbing system -- a notably disgusting way to get out, albeit a way. Alternatively, she could slip through the front, dressing as one of the guards and leaving quickly, leaving the village without any noticeable events occurring that might set the Kage or his close accomplices off. Several Kage were meeting in Konohagakure, which left Kane on edge. However, she needed to leave.

It was time, now. The man slowly opened the one-way opening for her food, which was usually of poor quality. He assumed she was bound, which was his first mistake. She could almost feel the two ninja outside watching the food-bearer bringing Kane's breakfast. Abruptly, Akane leapt forward, grabbing the man's hand before he could pull out. She gripped his hand, pulling back hard and far. Then, when his hand was stuck, she entered Hydrification Technique, proceeding to leap out of the room via. the open hatch. The two ninjas took fighting stances against the prisoner who escaped, albeit Kane was fast.

Kane breathed out a volume of Thrust Mist, which locked the ninja to unconsciousness. They fell quickly and without event, and the medical-nin acted quickly. She took the key ring off of one of the ninja, unlocking her cell and carefully moving two of the bodies inside. In the case of the female ninja, however, she used her Vanishing Facial Copy Technique to steal the pretty girl's face. Then, she removed her clothing, stripping her down to her undergarments. She went as fast as she could, putting on the uniform and throwing her old uniform into the cell. From there, she followed the basic plan. She threw the bodies into the solitary cell, locking the door and proceeding on her way.

Akane made her way to the evidence lockers, securing her equipment and, most importantly, Byakugan. She then left the building, trailing through the hallways of the Konohagakure Prison. She wandered quickly until she found the exit, prompting a slow exit by the inmate. Kane fled, then, leaping across houses rapidly to the gates of Konohagakure. She ran through the forest outside of Konoha, making her great escape from the village. It didn't take very long, but eventually, Akane was finally out of the woods -- free. It took a long time, and it was most definite that Konohagakure authorities would realize that no one was guarding the cell where the convict had left the three bodies of the guards that guarded her and fed her. Eventually, the three bodies would wake up, and sound the alarm.

The medical-nin was finally out of the woods, in most literal meaning this time. The forests ended and she began to run across a large plain, realizing that she would be finally free for the first time ever, owing no allegiances to anyone. She threw off her headband, burying it in the dirt with her foot and making her way into her new land -- the Land of Rivers. Her primary qualm came first and foremost: she needed a place to stay, and she needed new clothes. At least she was finally free from it all. She couldn't live in the Land of Rivers, however. She needed to leave. She needed to leave and get far away. The thread has ended.
