Takeo is quite the serious man, but he is still loving. He can seem harsh at times, but that is mainly because he wants his ninja to strive at what they do. He spends most of his spare time reading manga or battle strategies. Takeo enjoys playing the flute, he picked it up when he became a Kage. Also he likes to train, but not so physically more mentally. Takeo believes that the mind can accomplish anything whilst the body won't get you too far. He comes off as shy when he really is just quiet, he doesn't really run his mouth. When most people are talking Takeo is thinking on what to say. He doesn't like to say stupid things. He reacts to situations quicker than most, and is always prepared for what someone is going to throw at him.

Takeo's Mangekyō Sharingan:
Takeo is a taller adult standing at 6'1. Takeo has deep eerie black eye's. Most women find Takeo very attractive for some odd reason. He is built for his size, and paler than most ninja. Takeo has longer arms and legs. He also has medium length hair compared to most guys, but he still considers it pretty short. Some of Takeo's hair covers his right eye, but he usually moves it out of the way. He wears somewhat of a turtle neck. His black Hitai-ate rest on his neck, but is covered up by his turtle neck. His shirt sleeves are short, and he has the Uchiha crest on the back of his shirt. Takeo has black shorts that come to down to his foot, but his ninja tabi usually go over them. His pants are somewhat baggy for maximum movement. On Takeo's left leg he has a holster that can hold a kunai. This holster is attached to his leg by a bandage. Which wraps around one part of his upper thigh. Takeo's ninja tabi don't cover his toes but they do come up to his mid shin. They are white up until his foot where they become navy blue. Takeo also wears a reversible robe with a hood which has one black side and one white side. These sides essentially represent yin and yang, but Takeo mainly wears it because he likes how it looks. One side, which he wears more often, is mainly black except a strap on his waist, the kanji symbol, half of the yin and yang side, and half of the mask. The other side of the robe is essentially the opposite of the mainly black side. The kanji on the mainly black robe means yang, and the kanji on the mainly white robe mean yin.

The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye") is a Doujutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the descendants of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition after which the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three per eye. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities. Below are the different levels of Sharingan.
Sharingan can be activated at any point. However, activating the Sharingan, at any point, requires the user to be in a stressful situation. For each stage one jutsu can be copied. If you activate the Sharingan at a later state, the number of copies will be the same as a character who started with the initial and worked their way up. Ex. A character activating their Sharingan in it's third stage(with two tomoe in each eye), will be able to copy three jutsu.
If the enhanced Accuracy given by the Sharingan brings the user's accuracy up on a higher number than their opponent's speed, add the difference to the user's speed, due to increased reaction time. Each level of Sharingan requires a specific amount of Ocular Development.

Scorch Release (灼遁, Shakuton) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai made up of techniques that combines fire and wind-based chakra to create scorching heat which capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse.

The Mangekyō Sharingan (万華鏡写輪眼, Literally meaning: Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is an advanced form of the Sharingan that has only been activated by a handful of Sharingan Users. This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it.

If touched by these particles, the victim will instantly feel a strong burn upon their skin, and if enveloped completely, the air may slowly burn them to a crisp.

At the same time, they are fed morbid hallucinations, which makes it also possible to run them down mentally. In essence, the opponent can sense, hear and smell out the user of the technique and break its effects by landing one hit.

The user simply looks the victim in the eye to begin the genjutsu. The victim is then placed into a dream world where they are strapped in a deep, dark hole and are unable to move. The victim is blinded in darkness and feels various things, from bugs crawling on and under their skin, to being slashed by a kunai several thousand times rapidly, depending on the users will. In reality, the victim merely goes unconscious. The genjutsu can last a maximum of 10 minutes, if the victim is not awoken prior. This genjutsu is vital in missions where targets cannot be killed. After striking them, the dream world will slowly form and the victim will begin to feel drowsy and will be unable to concentrate and will begin hallucinating, and two posts after the genjutsu has been activated, the victim will fall unconscious.

As one of the strongest techniques granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyou Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's lifeforce. This is a base jutsu to which other jutsu can be built upon.

Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed, trapping the target within an illusion completely under the user's control. The Genjutsu's effect itself is instantaneous, though the user can cause severe psychological trauma by torturing the victim inside their head for hours on end. Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages however. Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary and an added amount of stress is placed on the left eye.

As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique which sends it right back to its caster deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.

Takeo grew up with his clan in a smaller village, that lied outside of a forest in Hi no Kuni. The clan was made up of a group of different people, but Takeo's family shared the Sharingan. The 'clan' was many made up of Sharingan users, it seemed as if they magnetized towards each other. As a kid Takeo didn't really find enjoyment in physical things, he much rather preferred to use his mind. From a young age he was smarter than the others and it showed. When Takeo turned 10 he was considered an official part of the clan, meaning he could start doing jobs. Also around this time his first brother Kami was born.
Even though Takeo was given jobs he didn't really bother to do them. He would either read or go off and play with Kami. The problem was that Takeo's father would intervene, and make Takeo train. Takeo's father was considered a master at the Sharingan, but he wasn't the brightest individual. His training methods were intense and obscure. He would put Takeo in extremely dangerous situations so he could unlock the Sharingan. One day Takeo's father asked Takeo to spar with him, and Takeo simply said yes. He was curious what his dad was up to, but mainly looked over it. At this time Takeo only knew a few jutsu and they were mainly genjutsu.
As they were sparing Takeo was losing, his father was much more adept in taijutsu. His father pushed him over and took a kunai to his throat. He quickly shifted and stabbed into Takeo's hand, with a slight shrill Takeo's first tomoe formed. He quickly formed a hand seal and performed a genjutsu on his father. His father began to scream and flail around, Takeo had caused him to see his worst fear. All the adrenaline in Takeo's body was running through him, he quickly pulled the kunai out with another shrill.
Takeo's relationship with his father became rocky because Takeo held resentment towards his father, but continued to train with him. At the age of 11 Takeo had unlocked the full sharingan, he was moving at such a fast pace his father couldn't believe it. Even though Takeo specialized in genjutsu his father made him learn new ninjutsu. Takeo was trained with Katon, it was easy for Takeo and he breezed right through it. Next up was fuuton, and again the training was quick. Takeo would now fight for his clan, as he was recognized as a full fledged ninja.
The boy would fight by his clansmen to victory, and they won many battles. The problem was that they gained many enemies. At the age of 13 Takeo's second brother Eiji was born, but Takeo didn't have much time for him. Takeo's parents were somewhat out of the equation as they were always fighting. Eiji had a rough early life, and he was left in the hands of Kami. Takeo had become desensitized to others ninja's death. His main goal was to protect his family and clan. Life was the same until he was 19, this is when problems began to arise.
During the night his clan was attacked and it was a long fought battle. As Takeo's parents were running back to him they were impaled by a wood jutsu. Before Takeo could react his parents yelled at him to run and run far away. He sprinted through the forest with his brothers to the meeting spot his clan had. As they met there Takeo noticed it was mainly children and some adults. Therefore Takeo took it upon himself to led the group. He soon made a pact with the Fire Daimyo, and started up a village. The village went by the name Konohagakure, meaning Village Hidden in the Leaves. Takeo was soon voted to become the Hokage, and to this day he leads his village with peace.
