Akane slowly trailed down the hallways of her newly purchased building. The steps were gently worn, the hallways were unlit, the reception desk was old and beaten, and the rooms were kept in mild, albeit empty condition. The medical-nin carefully examined each little nook and cranny. The building was lit naturally by the high noon sun, which hung high in the sky and let streaks of light pass through its unsteady rooftop. It was a one-story building, with secured paper and bamboo walls. The kunoichi ran her hand along the uneasy reception desk, with cracked wood on the desk and chipped tiles on the floor. On the far side of the entryway, a light switch was left bare on the wall. Akane flipped the switch, and in a few flickers, the building came to life, leaving some mild insects scattering. It would take time to restore the clinic. Akane began by unraveling a scroll and placing it in a bamboo frame, and opening her bag to unearth a small, capped inkwell. She removed a freshly packaged brush and uncapped the inkwell. Laying the frame flat, she dipped into the inkwell and wrote the characters for her new establishment: YUKI HOSPITAL

The kunoichi went outside, and removed a small, wooden ladder. From there, she climbed up, hammering a nail onto the side of the doorway. Using her kunai, she made a small chip into the bamboo frame of the newly created sign. She pushed the nail through the opening and let the sign sit: Yuki Hospital was now established as a new building. From there, she went to the supply locker, removing a broom, a small sheet of sandpaper, several planks, a saw and other necessary equipment. She swept in the corners, shaking off the dust that stuck to the broom outside of the building. She went room to room, sweeping away insects and other pests in the building. He put the broom away, left to the closet and picked up the boards and saw. Going down the steps, she began to use the hammer to pull away the boards on the steps of the building. On the supports of the hospital steps. From there, she began to nail down the new steps, and once they were all down, she went back inside to collect the sanding paper. From there, she manually went about sanding the sharp edges of the steps, trying to make a smooth-sided set of stairway steps.

Once all of the steps were sanded, which took quite a bit of time, she collected any potential sawdust that was left on the ground, mixed into sand or dirt at the steps. Akane went back up into the hospital, and compiled all of the sawdust into a small solution of glue, mixing it well and letting it take on a slightly wood-colored appearance. From there, she poured it into the cracks on the desk, evening it out and letting the glue harden within the cracks of the reception desk. She began to compile a list of furnishings the hospital would require: several beds for individual and group rooms, several stands for IV drips, curtains for the windows, an abundance of medical supplies, necessary monitors for patients' vitals, proper infographics concerning popular misconceptions of first aid, and, if possible, a designated classroom for any education-seeking medical-nin.

More time passed, and eventually Akane had made her way to the bulk supply market, purchasing as was necessary. Several men had helped the equipment get into its place, and suddenly, things seemed to look better. Beds were in each room, curtain racks were drilled and equipped with curtains, a monitor was set up in a designated operating room, and a chair and two filing cabinets was purchased for the reception desk. Folders were purchased and were organized by Akane for patient records. The medical-nin was quick to visit Konohagakure's kage for intention of collecting every person's records for use in event of emergency. She succeeded in this, and in one of the cabinets, she organized alphabetically the records of the people of Konohagakure.

Finally, the Hospital was finally open for business. People could begin to be treated, and medical-nin could be taught. The entire establishment would begin growing in size from its essential clinic start. She purchased several books earlier, and began to read them, kicking back in her chair. The book concerned different chakra and blood veins and arteries. As well, it instructed the proper dosage to heal different wounds, and where to inject the senbon laced with morphine or epinephrine. It instructed the necessary precautions needed to be taken before bandaging a wound. Most of the book was knowledge already known to her, but it's always good to make sure the material sticks.
