The Hydrification Technique Poison Finger was designed to quickly assassinate victims shortly after ingesting poisoned water. A small amount of poison mist jutsu is ingested by the Hydrification user, and the purple content is coalesced into their finger. From there, they allow one drop of the tainted water to fall from their finger into an unknowing victim; a sleeping ninja, a tea-drinking kage, or a ramen-scarfing fat man. The poison, unless the consumer is immune to the poison, kills without distinction.
