Noboru is a very quiet man, he doesn't waste time on speaking. He likes to live in the moment and not in the past. Noboru stays on focus and doesn't stray away from the task at hand. The ninja's body may be fast but so is his mind, he is very smart. He always enjoys a challenge, but again doesn't have time for stupidity.  Noboru doesn't really have feelings or at least he doesn't really show them. He tends to stay like a closed book that is locked with industrial steel lock. Noboru just thinks of himself as a normal ninja, he doesn't fashion himself as anything special. His goal is to protect his village and he will die for it.

Noboru is very tall he stands at 6'3 and is taller than most ninja. His body is built and he weighs around 190lbs. The ninja's skin is fair and his eyebrows are narrow and black. Noboru's hair is dark black and spiky, he wears a pure black headband to cover his forehead. His village Hitai-ate is around his neck and mainly black. Noboru's eye's are dark blue without his inazugan activated. He wears bandages covering his lower face and neck. Noboru wears a blue coat that goes over his black flack jacket, his sleeves are also black. His sleeves connect to fingerless gloves with a metal brace over the glove. He wears loose gray pants that come down to his mid shin, from there bandages go down to his black ninja tabi. His tabi are black with a zipper going down the center, but his toes aren't covered by the ninja tabi.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

The move here is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the Doujutsu.

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Kage Bunshin except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Therefore, the stronger the opponent's technique is, the stronger this technique will get.

This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces, This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user.

However, while in a watery state, either partially or fully, they become vulnerable to all of water's normal weaknesses, such as electrical conductivity.

Noboru was the runt of the lter, as said by his parents. As a kid this caused Noboru to hold a lot of resentment towards his brother and parents. Noboru's strength really kicked off when he stood up to his brother. The thing was that Noboru was extremely strong from a young age. His mutated eye would allow him to move at extreme speeds, and to add on top of that he was almost completely immune to physical attacks. The boy flew through the ranks and surpassed his brother and even his parents. When Noboru was ten he had become a chuunin and his speed never stopped.

He was smart and strong, he had everything. Noboru even kept his life hidden away from his parents and brother. Noboru would go on missions by himself, he could even do A ranks as a chuunin. He was the 'perfect' ninja, he would do what the Kage and elders told him. Noboru would kill if he was told to kill, and he would stop if he was told to stop. This only applied when having to do with the village, Noboru didn't pay any attention to his brother or mother and father. Noboru practically shunned them out most of his life.

The boy became a jounin at the age of 12, and he continued to increase in power from there. He would do mission after mission he didn't really have a personal life. He was known as the Mist's Killing Machine. With all the hate he received as a kid he didn't really care for life anymore, the only thing Noboru wanted to do was keep the village safe. This was because he had once person he loved, and her name was Minako. She was Noboru's everything he loved her very much. They had even planned on starting a family. 

She died on a mission by herself, and Noboru at one point blamed himself for this. Noboru felt lost, he thought if he couldn't protect who he loved the most how could he protect the village. This is when Noboru joined the Swordsmen, both him and his brother. Noboru doesn't really know why Hayate joined, but he joined to protect the village. Noboru may not care for many things, but he cares for the village. This is because Minako cared for the village very much, her goal was to better the village. After she died Noboru made a vow to protect the village...
