Mission Title: Haunted Mansion
Mission Rank: A
Pay: 600.000 Ryo
Information: There have been reports of a mansion that lies outside of Konohagakure. People have been saying that the mansion is haunted, but that's a bunch of bologna. From what we've seen it's a group of strong bandits messing with the passerby's. Be weary the bandits seem to be around jonin level. They have also set a lot of traps that try to scare the people that enter.
Matsu was standing outside of the main building in the Konohagakure village once again, this time he was staring down at a piece of paper with the details for his mission. You've got to be kidding me, a fucking haunted house? Matsu shook he head as he stared. He flipped it over and looked at the coordinates. Not too far away. This shouldn't take long He slipped the piece of paper into a pocket on his vest and started walking out of town. This was normal for him, go to a place, kill some bandits, and get paid. According to the mission information, these ninja may as well be considered equal to Matsu and tactics will come into play this time.

He left the village, it was morning as mentioned before, and the roads were filled with people due to that exact reason. Woman walking with children, farmers pushing their harvest to the village in carts. It was really alive. After a bit of walking he eventually came upon a fairly large run down house. He could see a couple ninja entering the building Is that them? He pulled the mission info card out of his pocket and took a look at the picture of the building Yep this is it He put the card back where he got it from. His approach to the Mansion was subtle, he crouched and sneaked around the left side making his way to a window He peered inside and saw the dining room of the building. There were a couple ninja conversing around a table that was covered in weapons and drugs. Yeah, those are them.

He continued to sneak around to the back of the building where he found a long empty outer wall with a few windows scattered about. He found a window that was wide open, before he went climbing inside all willy nilly he peered over the sill and discovered the kitchen. Surprisingly no one was there. He stood up and climbed in one foot at a time over the sink that was just under the window. He sunk back down to a crouch and clung to the back side of an island when he heard someone about to enter the room. Peering over the island he saw that it was for sure one of the bandits stopping by to grab something from a fridge. As the bandit was pulling the beverage out and about to close the fridge. Matsu came up behind him and starting choking him out. The bandit struggled for several minutes, but eventually was unconscious. Matsu lifted him over his shoulder and slid him out the window he entered from.

Matsu, now done with that first bandit, moved though an archway and entered what appeared to be the living room. From where he had exited the kitchen he could see the back side of several traps that were set for anyone that was stupid enough to enter thought the front door. The traps varied from a bucket set over the slightly open door filled with what appeared to be blood, and a couple of snares spread out around the room. Commotion could be heard echoing though the old walls from the room that he originally peek inside. Some sort of meeting? He tip toed over to another archway and ducked behind a couch parallel to it. Inside he could see the same table covered in weapons from earlier. It appears that there were about 2 other ninja sitting and talking in that room. I know just the trick for this one. Matsu took a poison bomb out of one of his pockets and sneaked over to the edge of the archway.

From there he threw the bomb into the room where it rolled onto the table and exploded with a puff of poison. Just like that, the two ninja that were there came running out of the exact archway Matsu was waiting by. Right as they exited Matsu gave the closest ninja a swift punch to his nose sending him to the floor. The other ninja who was unaware what had happened to his friend received a swift kick to his temple rendering him unconscious. The ninja he had punched started to get up, but before he could really get any where Matsu gave him a nice axe kick to the back of his head. With two more ninja down. Matsu was ready to start searching the upstairs.

Matsu was staring up the stairs where he could hear more commotion. He slowly climbed the steps, but about half way up he stepped on the wrong spot and the old stairs made a massive creak and whoever was up there heard him. and said "What was that?" A door opened upstairs and a ninja exited. Matsu stood still but the ninja still spotted him. For a moment they were both confused. Until the ninja saw his unconscious friends behind Matsu. "Hey guys! We have an intruder!" The ninja drew a sword and ran down the stairs to attack.

The bandit ninja running down the stairs with a sword was easily dodge my Matsu, he just clung to the railing on the stairs and the ninja ran right past him. Matsu ran down after him while he was on the ground and put him in a head lock, to start choking him out. Before the rest of the ninja in their group of bandits could get down there Matsu had already knocked him out. There were three ninja they all headed straight for Matsu, but Matsu had a plan. He quickly turned around and jumped out of a window on the front side of the building.

Out of the three ninja that were following only one of them made it outside, and when he opened the door. He had a bucket over his head and blood was all over his cloths. While the ninja that made it past the snares that were set all by the front door was standing there like an idiot covered in pigs blood with a bucket over his head. Matsu punched him in the gut. He checked inside to make sure that what he thought had happened actually happened. He was right, two of them were hanging from the ceiling by snares and the last he already checked on.

Well now its time to get some communication across Matsu walked back into the kitchen and found a dial up phone There we are He picked up the phone and dialed the number for the Main building of operations back home. A young girl answered the phone "Hello?" "Yeah, I'm a Jonin for the village, and I need someone to come down here and take these bandits into custody. The coordinates are..." He gave her the coordinates of the Mansion and started on his way back home. He was way to high ranking to be taking these bandits in.

After a while a couple of Chunnin showed up with a cart. They already knew their job and they started lifting all the wounded bandits in to cart them away. With the bandits being taken care of and his mission complete. Matsu headed back to the village along the same path he took to get there. It was just about noon now, and the roads weren't as populated as they were that morning. There were a few people, but they were mostly other ninja. Another day, another dollar. It didn't take long for Matsu to get home, and when he did he followed his normal routine of stripping down to his skivvies and sleeping on his sofa.
